Who We Are

Russ and Sandi Aplin have both passed a comprehensive IRS exam and have the distinction of earning the designation of "Enrolled Agent".  There are currently only about 40,000 practicing enrolled agents in the United States.

We began our firm in 1975 in the city of Garden Grove, and moved to Moreno Valley in 1982.
